Shipping policy

1. Shipping Zones

We currently deliver to France and all over Europe. All our orders are shipped with a tracking number so that you can follow your package at every stage.

2. Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the validation of your payment.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Total Estimated Time: You will generally receive your beautiful dress at home within a total timeframe of 4 to 7 business days after placing your order.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout (Checkout) before final payment.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for any order above a certain amount (if applicable on our website).

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (Tracking Number). You can use this number on our website or on the carrier's website to track the progress of your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Delays or Lost Packages

Although we do our best to meet deadlines, delays beyond our control may occur (weather conditions, strikes, holiday periods). If you have not received your package after 10 business days, please contact us immediately so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

6. Address Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address (including building, apartment, and postal code). If you notice an error, please contact us within 12 hours of your order. Once the package has been shipped, no address modification can be made.
